I. Cancellations by Siddhhi Arts
Siddhhi Arts reserves the right to cancel orders at its sole discretion due to reasons such as pricing errors, fraud concerns, or technical issues. If canceled after payment, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
II. Cancellations and Refunds by Customers
- Returns: Returns are accepted only for wrong deliveries or genuine defects, reported within 48 hours of delivery via email at siddhhi1812@outlook.com. Refunds or replacements are processed after verification.
- Order Cancellation: Customers can cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellation after shipment incurs two-way shipping fees. Refunds are issued within 14 working days of receipt of goods.
- Exclusions: No refunds are provided for incorrect shipping addresses or failed delivery attempts.
